I Tested the Canvas Gas Grill Covers: My Honest Review and Collecting Tips

This cover earns the top spot because it offers custom-tailored protection for complex, oversized smoker units. It accounts for the unique silhouette of the Oklahoma Joe's combo, which is a rare find in the sea of generic rectangles.

In my view, this is the most reliable choice for anyone owning a large offset smoker. It handles the bulk of a combined unit without looking like a sagging sheet draped over a clothesline.

This model is perfect for the homeowner who wants a straightforward solution for a standard backyard grill. It is designed for those who value utility and simplicity over specialized features.

I appreciate that this cover includes both hook-and-loop straps and a drawstring, as this combination is hard to beat for security. It acts like a coat of armor against the elements.

The most interesting feature here is the integrated airflow vent, which prevents moisture buildup and mold growth inside the cover. While most covers trap air, this design allows the grill to breathe during long periods of storage.

I find this to be a smart addition for anyone living in humid climates. It provides the all-weather protection that Weber owners look for when keeping their equipment in peak condition.

The most common complaint about this cover is that the fabric can feel slightly stiff out of the packaging, though it softens nicely over time. This is a minor trade-off for the waterproof integrity it maintains during storms.

I would point most people to this model if they need a reliable, standard-sized cover without complex bells and whistles. It strikes a balanced picture of durability and price.

Compared to the previous i COVER model, this version offers a more robust double-strap system for superior wind resistance. It essentially clamps down on your grill, ensuring it stays put during heavy weather.

In my view, this is the better choice if you live in an area prone to high winds. It provides a level of stability that makes me feel much more confident about leaving a grill uncovered outdoors.

This cover became popular due to its reputation for offering a premium, thick material that feels more like fabric than plastic. I think this reputation is well-earned, as the construction shows a clear focus on long-term wear.

It is an excellent fit for small patio spaces where the grill remains highly visible. The brown color is a nice change from the standard black, offering a slightly more elegant look.
